Thank you Harold when I first bought the car there were a few things I felt were overlooked in the detailing and other small issues I wasn’t informed of like a broken when I first bought the car there were a few things I felt were overlooked in the detailing and other small issues I wasn’t informed of like a broken gas cap and unique engine sound. Harold was nice enough to call me after leaving an unkind review of the business, he dealt with me politely despite my clear frustrations, and really saved this whole experience for me. Without him I think I would still feel ripped off. Luckily the engine sound is normal, the car was redetailed, the only thing is I’m still left with a broken gas cap but I’ll get over that eventually. I felt like the initial salesman (Doug) should’ve been more open about the car, he even had to get gas before the test drive so I know he saw the broken cap. and that along with my detailing debacle are the reasons this isn’t a five star rating More

Above and beyond The salesman, owner, and operations manager at Hart Nissan went out of their way to help me when the transmission died on my Rogue. They allowed me t The salesman, owner, and operations manager at Hart Nissan went out of their way to help me when the transmission died on my Rogue. They allowed me to keep an Altima overnight to reduce the pressure on my decision and agreed to fix the bumper and do touch ups for free when I decided to purchase. They put reindeer antlers and nose on the car to impress my son and gave him donuts. When I took the Altima in for the cosmetic work, I was given a new 2018 Kick to drive for a couple days. The cosmetic work resulted in a car that looks practically new! They also gave me a generous trade in on my non-running Rogue. Thank you for all of the kindness I was shown. More
