Recently had work done on my 2014 Nissan Sentra and while normal maintenance on an older vehicle, turned into more than I expected. My car came in for its 39K check-up. I was told it was to check the rear differential and that it may take 2 hours. That was fine. After my car was out of the bay, back in the parking I was told it was to check the rear differential and that it may take 2 hours. That was fine. After my car was out of the bay, back in the parking lot, and I paid for the service work done, I was told I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and new engine filters. It seems to me that that is routine service that should have been done at the same time. I was told to make an appointment next week. I live about 30 minutes away and thought the mechanics should have told the man in the customer area all the things needed to run by me. I was a bit annoyed to have to come back next week. The mechanics had the time to do the work and they completed it, but it added more time than was necessary. I didn't think it was the most efficient or best customer practice. More

Dartmouth Nissan does all the work on my 2024 Nissan Sentra SV 2.0L 4-DR Sedan. They've always been very honest and friendly. If they can save you time and money they will.
