Great Experience My car had to be picked up and hauled to Peoria for the repairs. Jennifer arranged for the pick up in less than an hour from my driveway. I was kept informed the entire time Jaguar Land Rover had my vehicle and was returned as promised. They even programed a new fob for me while it was there. Again, another great experience. More

We appreciate all of the staff, especially Doug and Jennifer. We own a 2010 XF Jaguar; and every time we receive service,, we realize how much better they are than any other auto service provider that we have utilized. We live an hour away, and they still come and pick our car up for service free of charge and return it on the same day.. In addition, they always leave us with a newer Jaguar or Land Rover. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Doug Feger and Jennifer Grim have always been courteous and understanding of my needs to keep my Coventry, England built car(s) in top condition. Cost of repairs & parts a bit high, but I guess when one owns a "high end" vehicle, it's to be expected for quality maintenance. More

Fantastic, Quick Service I was visiting Peoria from out of town and had an issue with the windshield trim coming loose on the expressway at high speeds. I couldn't drive the c I was visiting Peoria from out of town and had an issue with the windshield trim coming loose on the expressway at high speeds. I couldn't drive the car home in it's condition, so I called Jaguar Land Rover Peoria Service at 8:00am. After explaining the situation, I had my car in there at 8:10 am and was out by 9:15 with the trim fixed at no charge. I was thrilled they could take me so quickly and make the fix. Thank you, Service Team! More

Best experience this time ever. This was the best experience with service I have had at Jaquar since I bought the car from Uftring. It was the first time they actually did what the This was the best experience with service I have had at Jaquar since I bought the car from Uftring. It was the first time they actually did what they promised when I bought it. They promised they would always come get it and bring it back to my home. I bought it in 2001 and they did it this time. The service to the car has always been fine. Just this one promised piece was missing. Thank you. More
