We are aware that another dealer offered more for your trade in and could not locate the care you were looking for but we held up our agreed upon deal from the week before. Being as though it is a new vehicle if you feel there is damage please bring it in to our service department we will give it another inspection. Then the salesman should have said that prior to my making a trip from Washington, Pa. and not used good interest rates as a come on. I could have kept my order at the South Hills dealer. There was no trade in deal from the week before. You didn’t see my trade until the day I purchased. Also, I told the salesman another $500 for my trade and we had a deal. I never saw that additional $500, even after I had to bring a death certificate back on Monday and the finance person was supposed to “look into” it. Never heard a word. I even questioned the monthly payment because according to the calculator on Toyota’s web site, at a higher interest rate than I got, monthly payment was $100 less than what you gave me. Then, I had to make a third trip from Washington because your finance person did not obtain appropriate signatures on my “already sold” trade title. All in all, you took advantage of an older, single, disabled woman who needed a new car.
