Doug was great -- always friendly and low-key, never pushy, but not lackadaisical, either: he turned on a dime every time my brain came up with a new question or concern. At the back end, he told us just what we needed to know to get home safely in our new 2020 Bolt, and didn't load us down with details we weren't going to be able to remember. Plus, he personally showed us the back way that let us get through rush hour without hair-raising uturns and I-40 traffic. Great service. More
