They are very nice, and the dealership is clean, but they are super disorganized. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn't the vehicle I had given my deposit for; that VIN was sold to another customer, w are super disorganized. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it wasn't the vehicle I had given my deposit for; that VIN was sold to another customer, while I had their vehicle (no one caught it during the other transaction, which was weird, as the vehicles had different interior colors). They priced my trade-in incorrectly at first because they wrote down the odometer reading wrong. Although I left my salesperson a few messages about not getting my registration, I never heard back, so after a week, I drove down and hoped that the registration was there. I'm still waiting for a check for the price difference between the wrong vehicle and my original vehicle; my salesperson won't return those calls, either. Be prepared to do your own legwork and fix any issue, even if it's not yours. More

I picked this dealership to purchase a 2022 Kia Sportage Nightfall Edition because Of the sales person Roy Silveira. I’ve bought a vehicle from Roy before, so when I heard he was now selling at Kia of Attle Nightfall Edition because Of the sales person Roy Silveira. I’ve bought a vehicle from Roy before, so when I heard he was now selling at Kia of Attleboro I knew just who I would be dealing with. Roy has always been honest fair and patient with my wife and I. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. He gives you the pros and cons of each trim level. He takes the time to go through the vehicle explaining all the options once the purchase is complete. The most professional thing I’ve noticed when dealing with Roy is once you drive the car off the lot his customer service doesn’t end. He continues to keep in touch months after owning the vehicle inquiring about the service department and always extends a hand if needed.
