Went in for a simple oil change for my 2023 Kia Sportage, under 7,000 miles. After they held my vehicle overnight, I got a call the next morning about my vehicle being in critical condition (basically eng under 7,000 miles. Apparently it wasn't covered, even though I did nothing to it on my part? Got my vehicle towed to Tasca Kia in Johnston, they not only fixed my vehicle and gave it the oil change and new filter... They sued Kia of Attleboro for me! I'm now well off and own two separate businesses and own 3 homes. Thank you so much Kia of JOHNSTON. More
