So much so, that when we bought my wife's Avalon, I just called him and told him what she was looking for. He arranged our test drive and my wife was thrilled! Doug Smith is a straight shooter and has repeatedly earned and held my trust. I enjoy visiting with him every time I'm at the dealership having our vehicles serviced.
