I was contacted by Drew Hayes of Newton Chevrolet Buick by email and corresponded several times giving me information I requested. Upon visiting Newton in person, I was met by Sales Manager Brian Hosier. Brian was very friendly and professional and informed me that Drew was out of the country on a Mission Trip and introduced me to Moody Qattea who would assist me. Brian assured me that Drew would not be cut-out of the sale (should I decide to buy there) as he was my primary contact. Moody was also very friendly and knowledgeable in the products answering all my questions before and during the test drives. I made a total of 3 trips to Newton Chevrolet Buick after visiting some of the other dealers in the area and decided on a 2019 Buick Envision that had been marked down considerably due to new inventory arriving. Overall i was very pleased with the professional, friendly and low pressure atmosphere of the sales people I dealt with. More

Best Car Dealer Experience I was so impressed with this dealership from step one of contacting them via internet. They were the ONLY dealership out of 6 I contacted who honored I was so impressed with this dealership from step one of contacting them via internet. They were the ONLY dealership out of 6 I contacted who honored my request to be contacted via e-mail instead of phone. Conversations went easily through email. I was able to tell them what I was looking for and they immediately got back with what they had on hand. I made an appointment for Saturday and was greeted by the same person Brian that I had been conversing with in email. Brian then got me with Drew Hayes and he was the best. He was concerned and interested in what else I might be needing in a vehicle. He already had the vehicle I was wanting to look at pulled up front. I then looked at 2 others before making my choice of a White 2019 Tahoe. Mr Hayes and the whole crew there did not rush me into making any decisions and worked hard to get the pricing in the range I said I could afford.
