The sales manager was less than fun to deal with. Dru was amazing and pretty much the only reason I'm doing this survey. Was told the truck was an eight speed which isn't even offered on the model I've was amazing and pretty much the only reason I'm doing this survey. In fact, we had worked with him months prior to look at a few options and decided to wait. We ended up back a few months later to make a purchase. We got a great deal on the truck we bought. The truck has been amazing and we love it. It did have some alignment issues that took some time to resolve but the service department worked hard to get it fixed. We were given a loaner car (a lifesaver for us) and assured everything would be fixed properly. When we had a less than stellar experience with one of their mechanics they were quick to acknowledge it and make it right -- which is a big deal in my book. I had always heard mixed reviews on Cowboy Dodge Dealership, but after my buying experience I would give them 4 stars and Dru you are for sure a 5 out of 5 in our book for sales. I bought a new car for 50k that had 5 miles on it from the dealership in Littleton, CO. When I received the car it had 123 miles on it with rock chips and paint damage. I guess a CAR HAULER would make too the dealership in Littleton, CO. When I received the car it had 123 miles on it with rock chips and paint damage. I guess a CAR HAULER would make too much sense than driving a car in down town Denver. Buy a new car, get a used car, NICE. No one has reached out to me to fix this problem, and why am I not surprised. Once they have the money, the deal is done, and they turn back into the shady dealership they have been for years. Just because it might be under new ownership doesn't mean they would change the crooks that still work there. Just another fantastic experience at the Cowboy Dodge Dealership in Cheyenne Wyoming More
