Duane was very attentive to what I was looking for. No hurry up and answered my questions thoroughly. Sales Mgr got me a deal on the truck I wanted couldn't pass up. Both Bob and Duane listened to understand me and what I wanted. They were great. Got to finance. Rodney was nice. But was in a hurry to get me to sign everything. There was a full warranty in the contract. Did I want one? Did he ask me? Yes. Did he ask me? No. In the process of hurry up signing I learned via Ups letter title clerk Toi lost some very important form. I felt rushed by Rodney. He kept overtalking..me. Then Toi title clerk losing document. Very inconvenient. So my rating for them is 0 to 1. My Attorney looked over everything Good. That said Rodney may know his job well. But it pays to slow down. More
