Had a bad experience with the quick lube on June 22 and had an oil change done on my 2015 Tahoe. The customer service rep came in and told me I needed my cabin filter and engine filter changed because they had an oil change done on my 2015 Tahoe. The customer service rep came in and told me I needed my cabin filter and engine filter changed because they were in bad shape. My vehicle was still outside with the hood down. The filters had not been checked. Also, when I got home, I checked work that had been done. I found the air box was missing a screw and the filter enclosure tabs that hold the screws were damaged. On top of that, the whole air box was just bouncing around loose in the engine compartment. The cover of the Cabin filter also has a broken screw tab. I did return to the quick lube to ask why all of this was like this. They would not fix it. Also want to mention that this is the place that I have been using for all of my oil changes for the past 5 years without an any issues. More

We have received terrible customer service 3 times now. We bought a new car from this dealership in August 2025. Communication is very poor and employees are very negligent. The most recent bad experience happened when we dropped our car off for a service to replace a leaking coolant hose. We were told it was going to take a day. We did not hear anything from then ye next day. We had to call them to find out the service was going to actually take 3 days because they didn’t know our vehicle was diesel and this process takes longer. If someone would have called us to update us on the time it would take that would have been great. More

I recently took my vehicle to Sanborn Chevrolet in Lodi for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and respectful of my time. The service was completed quickly, but they never made me feel like they were rushing through the job. Their team was thorough, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that values both efficiency and customer service.
