That's funny cause I'm a disabeled veteran an they've given me a nightmare that keeps getting worse an won't help. But im in contact with three news channels an ford headquarters. So far they sold me a car with no mufflers a bumper zip tied on faulty brakes they tried to sell it to me with a hole in the roof (no antenna) no head rests but I caught that. They sold it to me with after market wiring that their super smart Ford techs some how missed all this on their super Ford inspections an the story keeps getting worse. This has been going on for months no help or resolution at all every time I try an make an attempt to get it fixed they can't spare a loaner car for a disabeled veteran WITH WARRANTIES I might add. More

We went in to purchase a new 2022 vehicle well prepared, called ahead, and arrived ready to buy. Agreed on price and trade in for our vehicle. Once we began waiting for the final step of waiting to meet for financing we experienced the worst buying experience in our history. All financing was completed on our end but due to only one finance person we waited from 7:45-9:45 when we were told it would be 11pm before we would go back. We agreed to return on Saturday and were sent home with the car. The following day we called ahead due to 1.5 hour drive time to the dealer to complete the financing and were assured the dealer would be ready for us when we arrived. We were ignored upon arrival until we tracked down a salesperson who got our sales guy from the glass room. No one on the sales floor. They were not busy. Sales person stated it would be soon. While waiting no one spoke to us other than one person at nearly 2 hours when we inquired on the status of when we would be done. There were still another person to go before us. The general manager was greatly insulting asking us if we had jobs and worked. He and staff ignored us completely while all staying in the glass room off the showroom. The lack of transparency and customer care is grossly apparent by disregarding and ignoring customers once the sale is in the pipeline. We had 6 hours on the road to and from here and 5 hours at this dealer for a straightforward sale to be treated so poorly. We cancelled the sale and left with our personal vehicle. All they had to do was treat customers like people and with honesty. The most absurd waste of time ever spent trying to buy a car they couldn’t get us into the right dept to finish the paperwork and treat people like crap. More

Last update: Emailed the GM so I got a call back from Vince. He waisted my time telling me he's sorry and "fixes his mistakes" but no offer to actually get the vehicle fixed. Took my mechanic less than Vince. He waisted my time telling me he's sorry and "fixes his mistakes" but no offer to actually get the vehicle fixed. Took my mechanic less than 30 minutes to diagnose the Flex needed freon and now I have ac, so the appointment to fix it was a crock and if a mechanic really looked at it, he needs fired. The only offer from Auffenberg was to return the vehicle and get the trade in value for my car. That's not acceptable considering I am a single parent and have a 60 mile commute daily for work. I cannot be without a car. Update 3: Got my car back and the ac is not fixed! But Vince sure did ask me to change this review. Now it's going to my mechanic so it will actually be fixed. Suprise, suprise, I emailed and called Vince and have not heard back. Update 2: today at noon was the apt to get the ac fixed. I had to reach out to confirm if it was done at 430 as I got no call. No shock that it took an hour to get return contact and be told the vehicle wasnt ready. Update, had to call my salesman back after over 6 hours and a pointless trip I was told the apt for it getting fixed is a week away. But he cant tell me where it's being worked on. I'm supposed to show up, hand over my keys and just believe they are going to have it fixed correctly?!? I'm supposed to drive with no ac for over a week in 95+ temps, which means to take my son anywhere I will have to rent or borrow a vehicle. No questions answered, no getting me a vehicle to drive for a week that has ac. This problem should have been fixed before the vehicle was put out for sale. A manager agreed to a rental after me arguing for one, but failed to mention I had to be in before 6 to get it. So I got the rental on Thursday, not the 7 seat vehicle the manager told me that I would get, but at least it has ac. It is filthy and almost on E. At this point I am not surprised at another false statement. After a previous horrible experience I saw the new management and decided to give Auffenberg another shot. Let the sales rep know I was very cautious and explained about last experience. Huge mistake!! Never again will I even consider Auffenberg and I will warn anyone I know car shopping to avoid them as well! Bought a car Saturday and verified it had been thoroughly checked in the shop prior to being put on the lot. Big fat lie! The air conditioning went out less than 48 hours later. I left a message Monday evening with the shop and didnt hear back. On Tuesday I called my salesman since the shop told me only he could get the ac fixed at no charge to me. He said to come in today and it will be fixed. He knew I was having to leave work, since I told him. Got to the dealership, he sat in it for 30 seconds and agreed it was out. Lie #2, now he needs to make an appointment for me to get it fixed. Best he can probably do is a week out. Been over an hour and still no appointment call or email. Guess I am paying for this myself since I cant have my son in a car with no air and temps this high. I guess he thought waisting my time today and costing me money was funny. There's no other reason to do it when he could have told me about the appointment needing to be made over the phone and saved my time and money!!! Word of advise run as fast as you can away from auffenberg!!! I email the GM and owner, no responses. More

I told cody schultz I could put 600 down and didnt want to go over 315 a month. Made me sit for 4 hours then came back with an offer of 2500 down and 340 a month. Ran my credit 5 times. Couldn't find the k to go over 315 a month. Made me sit for 4 hours then came back with an offer of 2500 down and 340 a month. Ran my credit 5 times. Couldn't find the key to three cars he tried to show me. Wasted my day and time. More

Great experience I walked in thinking i knew exactly what I wanted but after seeing all the different options I was worried I wasn't making the right choice.
