I felt that I was pushed into a service that could have waited. The problem seems to be persistent even after service was completed. Spent close to $1000. Dustin is always awesome. I sent him a text on Tuesday morning, he had an opening Thursday morning. I was in at 8:30, and the issue was resolved by 9:30. Dustin is an incredible communicator with his customers, and goes above and beyond every time. I mentioned that there was some tape residue I recently noticed on the windshield if he could have the detailer look at it - it was already washed, but Dustin went out and cleaned it off himself. VERY happy to be working with him and the VW of North Tampa team. This is a significantly better experience than Courtesy Jeep and Daytona Jeep and their respective service departments. If I didn't love my car enough, this Service Department has been great enough to likely make me a VW Customer for life. They are that good. More
