Our vehicle has been in the shop 3 times for a total of 12 days in the 9 months. While this may not be exclusively the service departments issue, we do not feel that the vehicle with all it's known issues 12 days in the 9 months. While this may not be exclusively the service departments issue, we do not feel that the vehicle with all it's known issues (still under warranty) has been fully looked over top to bottom. At this point this Atlas seems to be a lemon with constant major issues occuring. At some point i would expect someone to think bigger and review the entire vehicle and provide next level service for as long as the car has been in the shop the last few months More
