Mediocre The salesperson (Heath) was very good and personable. However, I’ve found the Service Department to be somewhat laxidasical. Very friendly and answer all questions but ask none. Not very courteous or conscientious toward customer relations. Plus, the dealership’s department structure appears to lean toward company convienience as opposed to customer convenience. Example: I’m looking into new tires for my car. I’ve gone to three dealerships where the service department representative was able to pull up several tire manufacturers and give me a complete installation cost amount including a four wheel alignment. Not Mears. I had to get the tire amounts from the Parts Department and the Installation and alignment costs from the Service Department. Very inconvenient for me (the customer) In addition, I had to get and give my Nissan car’s tire size to the Parts Guy. 👎 More

The best I've experienced Glenn, Derek, Marcus, and Dustin provided a great experience and got us in a brand new Nissan Rogue. This is by far my best car shopping experience! Great experience during a bad time the Dealership was a huge help. My husband and daughter were in a head on collision that totaled our car. My husband was facing corrective surgery sch the Dealership was a huge help. My husband and daughter were in a head on collision that totaled our car. My husband was facing corrective surgery scheduled for later in the week. We needed to buy a car ASAP . I asked my 18 year old daughter to go out and look at cars while I was at work and her dad was unable to go walk around car lots and test drive cars. Mears was the only lot where the salesman took her seriously. Glenn and Marcus spoke to her with respect and gave her information to bring home so my husband could review the cars she had found. When we went in later that evening, they both remembered her name and what cars she looked at. They helped my husband get around the showroom and they stayed late to complete the sale. I am very impressed by the whole experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
