There was an issue scheduling online however by phone very courteous easy to make the appointment for service on my outback. Once there everyone was helpful and cautious and dealing with COVID-19 and how very courteous easy to make the appointment for service on my outback. Yark Subaru's service was exceptional. The routine oil/filter/tire rotation was done quickly. Bad Rear wheel bearing was diagnosed and a loaner was provided. Service completed quickly in a matter of oil/filter/tire rotation was done quickly. Bad Rear wheel bearing was diagnosed and a loaner was provided. Service completed quickly in a matter of hours. Steve and his excellent service team have been fantastic since my first time coming to their location. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Service department is always very helpful. I’m always satisfied when I leave after any service Brice. The only issue I have the difficulty to change the clock time in the spring and fall. Service was good, car was finished quickly. Car wasn't washed like I was told it would be. Attendant was friendly and thorough at drop off.
