I asked to check on a connector. Thought it would be warranted. Well it wasn't covered and so I declined so I can fix it myself. To my surprise they waved the diagnostic charge. Thanks Yark. I was twenty minutes early for my appt. Dustin greeted me immediately and got my routine maintenance appt started. The waiting room was set up for social distance and was quiet enough that I was able to rea immediately and got my routine maintenance appt started. The waiting room was set up for social distance and was quiet enough that I was able to read for the 40 minutes or so it took to complete my service visit. Complimentary wash included. Check out payment was short and less than 5 minutes. There was a sheet letting me know they wanted to know if my visit was less than 5/5, though they never asked for a score or for me to take survey. The service manager and his team did an excellent job, once Subaru approved the repair and sent them the part. I personally don’t like the way was getting cheated. Before servicing I was told that it will cost me a particular amount plus tax which I was OK with. When I went to pick my veche up I was getting over Before servicing I was told that it will cost me a particular amount plus tax which I was OK with. When I went to pick my veche up I was getting overcharged by $150, the person though I would not know what is going on. I told him and showed him the estimate and then be got the price back to what I was quoted. Don’t like to deal with such people. More
