Top Notch Experience This was our first experience with MINI of St. Louis. We were looking at first for information only on the Clubman. Seeing the variety of colors, eng This was our first experience with MINI of St. Louis. We were looking at first for information only on the Clubman. Seeing the variety of colors, engines, options of the Clubman we looked no further. The more we looked, we decided that we needed a loaded-up Clubman. Dustin showed us many vehicles and we decided on a melting silver one. We were not ready to test drive the car, explaining to Dustin we needed to see what our 2010 SRX was worth on trade, He provided us with a good range to work with. Having more information now, we were a little closer to a test drive, but the wife decided her favorite color was the pepper white. There was a loaner that was not ready to be turned over to the sales force, so we figured we'd wait a while. After about two weeks, MINI ran an ad that would give us an additional $1250 discount, so we called Dustin. He explained that it was for new vehicles only, not the loaner that interested us. We revisited the dealership the next week, figuring the pepper white was not worth waiting for. We dealt with Sam as Dustin was off. He took us for a test drive, answered all the questions we had at the time, and offered refreshments while our car was assessed. I told Sam we were ready to buy, but would have to wait for the funds from sold securities to arrive. So, we returned this past Wednesday and closed the deal, Both Sam and Dustin helped us, Both gentlemen knew the cars, both were extremely helpful, and we would highly recommend them and Tina and Neil to folks we know. More

What an enjoyable car buying experience! From the moment we walked into Mini of St Louis we felt welcomed. We met Justin and he listened to what we were interested in and gave us the informa From the moment we walked into Mini of St Louis we felt welcomed. We met Justin and he listened to what we were interested in and gave us the information we needed to decide if a Mini was for us. He offered a test drive to us and then took even more time showing us some of the features on a car in the show room (it was cold and windy that day, being out on the lot was NOT a good idea). Over the next few months, we not only utilized the on line "Build" tool to create our dream car, but stopped by the dealership several times to see what some of our choices looked like in person. We finally ordered our car in late Feb and it was delivered in early May. During the entire process everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Neil made sure our car was exactly what we wanted it to be and it was great to work with him again (he was the sales manager at another dealership 7 years ago when I bought a previous car). I would highly recommend buying a Mini and certainly buying it from Mini of St Louis. More
