It would be remiss of me if I didn't rate my entire car buying experience today a 10 out of 10 at Florida Fine Cars of Margate. My wonderful and considerate sales representative Dwarn helped me not only to have the suv I desired but aided in the entire process. I had 2 prior bad experiences at 2 well-known dealerships and I was so apprehensive about coming to another dealership but Dwarn addressed every concern I had and didn't pressure me at all in buying a suv, he allowed me the time I needed to think about the vehicles I had seen, he made this whole experience all about me the customer and I walked away so happy and pleased. The finance manager Francisco was also very helpful and made sure my family and I were well taken care of. I would recommend them to everyone who desires a smooth and comfortable experience buying a car. Believe me when I say, you will not leave disappointed. Their customer service is truly top tier 100%. I’ve always hated car shopping. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and it didn’t suck. My salesman, Dwarn (he goes by D) was awesome. I was never pressured to buy anyt This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and it didn’t suck. My salesman, Dwarn (he goes by D) was awesome. I was never pressured to buy anything. He showed me all of the vehicles I wanted to look at, took me for a test drive, gave me a couple tips on what to look for, printed up a car fax and a quote and that was it. At that point it was my choice if I wanted to buy it or not. FFC does not negotiate their online prices, but it was a very reasonable price. I didn’t buy anything that day. Next day, I went back to buy the van. He was so polite and accommodating. He kept offering me refreshments and you could tell he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. The process was quick and easy. He made my experience so positive, I will send everyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle to him. I cannot say enough great things about D and FFC!!!!!!! More
