I’ve always hated car shopping. This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and it didn’t suck. My salesman, Dwarn (he goes by D) was awesome. I was never pressured to buy anyt This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a car and it didn’t suck. My salesman, Dwarn (he goes by D) was awesome. I was never pressured to buy anything. He showed me all of the vehicles I wanted to look at, took me for a test drive, gave me a couple tips on what to look for, printed up a car fax and a quote and that was it. At that point it was my choice if I wanted to buy it or not. FFC does not negotiate their online prices, but it was a very reasonable price. I didn’t buy anything that day. Next day, I went back to buy the van. He was so polite and accommodating. He kept offering me refreshments and you could tell he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. The process was quick and easy. He made my experience so positive, I will send everyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle to him. I cannot say enough great things about D and FFC!!!!!!! More
