Dwight has been with Acura of Glendale for over 31 years. He wears many hats at the dealership because he is familiar with many of our customers, and loves dealing with people. Currently, Dwight leases an Acura MDX Advance (his 10th Acura) and is truly enjoying the new technology on our new vehicles. As a Sales Manager, Dwight continues to be a huge asset to our team. In his free time, Dwight is a big Dodgers and Clipper fan and tries to see as many games as he can.

However, our experience at Acura of Glendale was completely different. We had the most positive car buying experience and it probably couldn't have been better. Everyone we worked with (Dwight, Alton and Brad) were phenomenal. Dwight even come in on his day off to assist us, which I'm very grateful for. I would gladly recommend them to my closest family and friends. More

EZ,PZ The best car buying experience ever. We have been a loyal VW family for years. We have leased 5 cars from a dealership in Pasadena. Our lease was due The best car buying experience ever. We have been a loyal VW family for years. We have leased 5 cars from a dealership in Pasadena. Our lease was due to expire in August. I went into VW dealer to negotiate a new lease. They not only quoted me a price of $50 a month more but the process took forever. We started with one salesman, handed of to another because I knew more than he did. they gave me a more experienced salesman. Now the dance started, back and forth between the salesman and his sales manager. Eventually, we got the price down the $50 they originally quoted. Stupid dealer and a waste of my time. We decided to look for other options. I e-mailed Dwight on Monday. He responded immediately on Monday and set an appt. for Tuesday. He showed me car and we completed the paperwork. Everything was approved. All I had to do was bring my wife in to see if she liked the car. Dwight followed up on Tuesday afternoon to set the appt. on Weds. We showed up and my wife loved the car. We took a test drive and Dwight showed my wife all the options on the car. He was very patient and professional. He sent us to finance to sign the papers. Done deal. The whole process took less than hour. In addition, they agreed to keep the car for two weeks until we turned our expiring lease in. They also volunteered to pick me up at the VW dealer to drive me to their dealership to pick up my new vehicle. Dwight and Alton were a pleasure to work with and they made the whole process easy. Once my current VW lease expires, I will be getting another car from Acura of Glendale. More

I tried my luck, I got lucky! I decided to email/call this dealership weeks before my birthday. Dwight Rogers responded, left me a message, etc etc... I waited, we waited... so th I decided to email/call this dealership weeks before my birthday. Dwight Rogers responded, left me a message, etc etc... I waited, we waited... so the 2-month long question and answer portion through emails started... Dwight asked me to fill out the online forms. I was excited... Until one day, I got a letter from Acura financial that I'm DENIED. ??. I emailed Dwight right away and asked him if I still got a chance. (Anyway, I looked up "Dwight Rogers" on google/ facebook so I was kinda confident that he could handle it). He said he was CONFIDENT that I/ we could get approved. I was happy (already). The process continued... Fast forward to May. Memorial day weekend is one of the most memorable weekends ever. Friday night was my friend's birthday so I went out for a dinner with her, thinking, wishing, hoping that the next day, Saturday would be a happy one. Saturday came, I checked my email and YES, it was indeed a happy Saturday. Dwight was telling me that everything was ready and I could pick my Acura ILX already. How cool is that?! I didn't get to pick it up untill Monday, though, for some reasons. Dwight was inderstanding and kind enough to hold my check till Friday although I got the car on Monday the 26th! I know it wasn't easy, I admit it was stressful for me, and for Dwight for sure(maybe a little bit for him since he's an EXPERT), but Dwight made it all easy, cool, light, and fun. I appreciate Dwight for being so helpful, POSITIVE, kind,and very professional. I NEVER bought/lease a car before and this 1st time experience of having my 1st dream car is unforgettable. I take the credit for dealing with a great manager all by myself from little things to more complicated stuff about car-purchasing. I did it, i guess, THANKS to Dwight Rogers and the team! *Anything from car payment to service appoinment, Dwight is a text or an email away. I could go on and on... I GOT LUCKY! ?? More

Dwight Rogers has made this process not only "pain-free" but truly enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about Acura and helps you understand the buying/leasing process. I have purchased/lease 2 cars from this dealership and each time the customer service has exceeded my expectation. I use to believe that a good luxury car has to be European. WRONG!!! Once you try/drive/own and ACURA you will never drive anything else. More
