I chatted online about a GLS450 and thought we were close enough to drive in. The car I had picked was a 7 seat config instead of 6, but Dyan found another one that was perfect. I knew exactly what I wanted and we struck a reasonable deal. There were a couple obstacles that I needed to hurdle since I’m not from Texas and had a flight the following day. Dyan was cool as a cucumber and we got it done. I’m a retired specialty auto dealer out of Colorado and MB of grapevine and Dyan’s no pressure approach was exactly the right fit for a no nonsense buyer like myself.
