Usually great, but the last 2 times did not put enough oil back in when changing oil. Tech not familiar with the Subaru 3.6 engine from 2019 (we purchased from Lithia in Oregon City with the unlimited oi oil back in when changing oil. Tech not familiar with the Subaru 3.6 engine from 2019 (we purchased from Lithia in Oregon City with the unlimited oil change program). Staff always pleasant and very accommodating. This Tech was outstandingly service oriented. Polite and apologetic! Quickly handled the situation satisfactorily. Appears the information Bend Honda has on this engine needs updated. Great staff!
