During this vehicle shortage they were unable to get a non-specialized car for over 4 months. They extended my current lease with them twice for a total of 4 months, found me a different more expensive v non-specialized car for over 4 months. They extended my current lease with them twice for a total of 4 months, found me a different more expensive vehicle but could'nt deliver it due to the chip shortage. They found my exact car, had my deposit on it, promised delivery in 10-14 days and at 8 days I called to check on delivery status and they said it had been sold out from under them. They are a leasing finance company and can only supply vehicles they can buy from dealerships. If dealerships dont have cars or can sell them for more to the general public D&M loses and so do their customers. Previous leasing with them was smooth yet not really transparent from a financing standpoint. They tend to deal over the phone and are hesitant to put anything in an email or writing. Very disapointed with my recent dealings with them and will not lease another vehicle with them. I have leased 3 vehicles from them but will not use them for my next vehicle needs. More
