We had some bait & switch troubles with the sales department this year so I would not recommend the father son sales duo to anyone. I went to the service department this week for some brake maintenance they recommended last time I got my oil changed. My trunk also quit opening so I was in for a few things & didn't really mind being there a few hours. Around hour 3 I started getting antsy & went to check in. This is when I discovered that the $400 brake flush they tried to sell me last time they said I don't really need so they didn't do it. My trunk problem was hard to diagnose so I have to bring the car back when I can leave it all day. I just sat here for 3 hours to get an oil change. I really left frustrated and feeling like I almost got suckered on the brake maintenance last time too. I am supposed to call and schedule a day to leave my car after waiting 3 weeks for this appointment. The ladies in the service department were excellent and tried to be helpful but I can't say I'll return just for friendliness. More

He seams to make his money on people who don’t understand mechanics. Refused to let me have any additional information about from the service department. Don’t risk buying a LEMON from these conman or this dealership. The manager, David Walton was rude and refused to discuss anything stating the car had other interested buyers. Conman. Slime. Honda Civic priced $39,598 with 35k miles and cheap modifications. Oem MSRP is only $36,750 with 0 miles. More
