Went thru the Internet Sales team. Dylan and Micah were excellent. Worked thru a power outage, all of the rebates I was eligible for and options that I was looking for . Brian, Dylan and Micah's father, the Business Manager, was also very helpful - he found my Costco rebate in addition to my GM Card rebate. In short, it was an exclelent family affiar with Dylan leading the way. I would not hesitate to deal with this team again. If only they could have solved the exhorbitant Washington County license tax for EV vechiles....they give u $2500 rebate and then take back $1500 for license fees..nice. Notice, however, that I am from the westside of Pdx and bought at Mclaughlin. More

Worst customer service ever! I talked with Dylan M about a vehicle & after many delayed responses for 2 days, I called another sales person (Jake) who was very nice as well as the brother in law of Dylan. T a vehicle & after many delayed responses for 2 days, I called another sales person (Jake) who was very nice as well as the brother in law of Dylan. Then I called again & talked with Aaron who was also nice. Finally talked with Dave M (who is the dad of Dylan) in finance to lock in terms. After waiting until the next day, many hours after he said would call back I called & left 2 messages. I took the time off work to come up from out of state to get the truck & I finally received a call back from Dave M saying they had sold the truck to someone else. Stay away from this dealer. Dave Smith in Kellog, Idaho if far superior!! More
