The staff at Pacifico Mazda were excellent. Most of the transaction details were handled online. When I went to the dealership to close the deal, I was welcomed warmly treated fairly and every accommodation necessary was made to make this purchase stress and hassle free. My salesman was Dylan Price. Dylan was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Dylan knew that I was on a tight schedule and offered to deliver the car to my home after a few minor cosmetic corrections were handled by the dealership. I wasn’t required to remain on site and wait. After Dylan made arrangements to deliver the car, he suggested taking a photograph of the car wearing a bow since the car was a gift. The attached photograph of the white CX 30 is our car dressed in a red bow. Dylan took the photo and sent to me to commemorate this special purchase. Lastly, I am a fussy car buyer and dread the process. I have made many similar purchases in the past. This is/was far and away the best experience I’ve had. I strongly recommend Dylan Price and the staff at Pacifico Auto Group. They did a wonderful job. We will certainly be back again when we find ourselves shopping for a car.
