Just a waste of gas to deal with a bunch of scam artists Thought the sales personnel were great and top notch at first..... No big deal that we came to look at a pre-owned 2014 Kia Sorento and left in a 2017 Thought the sales personnel were great and top notch at first..... No big deal that we came to look at a pre-owned 2014 Kia Sorento and left in a 2017 kia forte that I was extremely dissatisfied with, but when they came and TOOK the aforementioned car, saying that the bank supposedly wouldn't accept our application, the game had changed!! We signed every document necessary for purchase and loan agreements and we're told our monthly payments, then headed back some 100+ miles back to my hometown. 3-5 days later Mr. David Treadwell called saying that I have to bring the car back and when I mentioned my attorney would have to look into the documents first, along with my copies of our signed agreement, (which were never provided!) they sent the very salesman that sold us the vehicle, Mr. Dylan Smith, and another henchman to take the car while I was at work! I had to be embarrassed by having to stop working and collect my things out of the automobile. Also, I left my $230 Costa del Mar 'Wheelhouse' Sunglasses in the overhead compartment, and when I contacted David Treadwell to see about returning them somehow in exchange for the car's extra key, this is what Jesus replied: "Keep the key you owe me 250 to replace it and I am not overnighting anything the cars been sold and don't know what happened to the glasses nor do I care what happened" AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!! First scheduled service of my new vehicle I have been purchasing new vehicles since I was 21. I have never been more pleased with the overall level of customer service provided by the employe I have been purchasing new vehicles since I was 21. I have never been more pleased with the overall level of customer service provided by the employees of this dealership. I found them by accident after I had a bad experience at Bulldog Kia in Athens, Georgia. Bulldog Kia attempted to rip me off on a lower level vehicle. I left their dealership in anger and called around to dealerships in my area about prices. Jimmy Collins took my call and offered me the vehicle for several thousand dollars lower. I ended up buying a more luxurious vehicle for less than the lower value vehicle at Bulldog Kia. Since purchasing from Hutchingson, they have taken care of my needs, provided me with complimentary transportation an treated me like family. They are the total package when it comes to customer service. Today, I had my first service performed and they gave me a car to drive. I called a Jimmy on his day off and he scheduled my appointment. Hutchinson also has a GMC Cadillac dealership and I plan to buy a new GMC truck next year. Go see them if you are in th market for a new car. Don't go to Bulldog Kia in Athens. Ask for Jimmy, Dylan, or Danny. Great people! I will never go anywhere else. Athens is 25 miles from my house and Macon is 70. It is definitely worth the drive, believe me. More
