Repeated communication issues. I call to see if parts are in and get no response. The first time I had the blend door actuator problem, it took six months to finally get it fixed. I call to see if parts are in and get no response. The first time I had the blend door actuator problem, it took six months to finally get it fixed. They would never return my calls. After six months, I wrote a review and escalated the issue. They finally contacted me and, amazingly, got the part the very next day. Then the clicking started again. I took the car back for the same problem, but once again, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me. I emailed, called and texted. It took about a month to get it fixed. Now the clicking has started again, meaning I will have to bring the car back for the THIRD time. I was promised a call the same day, and no one called. They replaced my rear brakes and all four tires at no charge, but my other brakes were also low and still need to be done. At this point, I want to take the car to Subaru and have them diagnose and fix it correctly at Auto Lenders’ expense. I’m not sure why they can’t take a few minutes to call me but expect me to keep dropping my car off for repeated repairs. My time is important too. I don’t understand the thought process of ignoring customers’ calls. Make sure you have an independent mechanic check your car first. More
