By far the best of the Prestige locations. After buying a car from them and having such a great experience, a year and a half later I went back to trade it in AND bought another car for my husband in the sam car from them and having such a great experience, a year and a half later I went back to trade it in AND bought another car for my husband in the same day. A BIG thank you to Victor Monteiro, Jerry Sandler and everyone at Prestige for getting us into our Chevrolet Traverse. My husband and I were in a difficult position after one of our vehicles was a total loss and these guys really came through. They knew the situation and still went out of their way to get us approved and find a safe and reliable SUV. After having such a negative experience at the first dealership we went to it was so refreshing to come to prestige and have them be so personable and honest with us. Victor greeted us right away and was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, Caroline was always friendly and smiling, Jerry really pulled some strings to make things happen, and Ed is very proficient. They treat every customer the same, whether your credit score is perfect or needs work. We will absolutely come back for our next vehicle. UPDATE: I've had the truck for 2 months and found out today that the struts are completely worn out on the front of my truck. I told them my front tires were bouncing like basketballs 2 weeks after I bou today that the struts are completely worn out on the front of my truck. I told them my front tires were bouncing like basketballs 2 weeks after I bought the truck and nothing was done. I called today and was transferred to a GARY. TOTAL AND COMPLETELY USELESS! He actually cursed at me and said that there's "no ******* way" the struts are worn out but my mechanic at Robs Transmission says they are absolutely worn out and if Prestige Automart did any type of inspection on the truck they would have known about the struts. I've barely drove the truck so there's no way I wore them out and now I have to pay $1000 for repairs???!!! So, either they never did an inspection or they sold me the truck knowing that it had these problems. I'm calling the BBB, channel 10 news, and the Attorney General's Office. I'm not letting this go. PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BUY ELSEWHERE. More
