I had spoken to Matthew to change my appointment time for a test drive & he was very understanding! When I arrived at the dealership, the Jeep was on, warm & waiting for me with a Carfax ready for my review. Matthew was very understanding with what I wanted & very thorough with any questions or concerns I brought up. He was very direct, informative & personable, making this car purchase as easy, comfortable & quicker than I could have ever expected. I don't think I could have had a better experience.
