After purchasing a vehicle from them, I can CONFIDENTLY say to stay far away from this dealership. This all started on Father’s Day when I went to look at a car I saw online. Came in and took a look and say to stay far away from this dealership. This all started on Father’s Day when I went to look at a car I saw online. Came in and took a look and told Mike Pimental if I was interested I would back on my day off and purchase. I decided I wanted to purchase, so I called Mike on Monday and told him to run the numbers and send me a credit application to get the process started. Sent him my information and he promptly ran my credit, multiple times mind you. Touched base again on Tuesday and got some form of numbers, told him to get me within a certain range and we have a deal. Went in on my day off which was Juneteenth and signed for close to what I originally was quoted. All sounds good right? Well that’s not where it stops. Figuring it was Juneteenth and banks were presumably closed, which they weren’t, I didn’t think twice when the finance person asked me to come back Friday or Saturday to fill out some registration paperwork. Saturday came and I arrived at the dealership early to get what I thought was registration paperwork done when Mike came and asked me if I could forward him my last paystub and 2 years of my W2’s because they didn’t have them. Immediately felt off. Then come to find out, it wasn’t for registration purposes, I was told the bank didn’t approve me, so they ran my credit again and only 2 banks did. The interest rate increased by 7 points and that was my only option. So then what did I sign for on Thursday?? If the bank didn’t approve me, where did you get the numbers for my monthly payment and interest rate from??? SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Stay far away from this place if you have any clue how they do business and shady deals. I’ve contacted an attorney and filed a complaint with the BBB. These people take advantage and think no one will notice, wrong person to try that with Mike. More

Jose Rivera at Prestige made my purchasing experience wonderful. Very attentive, tries his best to get you the best deal possible, and is very thorough with everything he did. Originally I came in to buy a used car. I asked how much it would cost me, not face value of the car. The value that was given constantly changed. The first salesman I talked to was very aggressive in, which is fair because that is part of the job. However I did not feel like they were selling for the customer. Jose was great! I came in and told him what I needed to get done and he helped, along with Kevin, Eduardo, and the rest of the team. Jose listened to what I was looking for and asked questions that pertained to my needs. Would recommend this dealership for people looking for quality service. However, if you are new to buying, this may not be the best place to get a first car due to some of the aggressive nature in some of the salesmen. However, they are not all the same.
