The best part of my experience was with Mark the finance guy. My salesman Eduardo never told the manager about a dent in the side of my car. When I mentioned it to him he said oh I forgot he also never reli guy. My salesman Eduardo never told the manager about a dent in the side of my car. When I mentioned it to him he said oh I forgot he also never relied to the finance people that I wanted to change my down payment either he said he forgot my paperwork had to be reprinted because it and a different address other than mine. He was so worried about getting a sale he forgot customer service part of making the sale. When I said to him you are making a commission today once a purchase this car and you never advised anyone of my concern he said it wasn’t like he was going to make a lot of money just a little. I told him some money is better than none and he should be thankful for the sale some sales people didn’t get any. Mark my finance guy said to Eduardo please talk to the manger about having the dent fixed it’s a concern that I have Eduardo he couldn’t the manager was then Mark said to can you get another manager then Eduardo said sure I guess so. Mark didn’t want me to continue to sign my documents until I was satisfied with the manger’s decision. And gave me a copy of the document stating it would be fixed. Once it was time for me to get the keys I had find Eduardo who insisted he gave the keys to my boyfriend which didn’t he then realized they were in his pocket. He never took the keys from my car traded in I had to give those to him. I love Al Hendrickson Toyota my entire family has always purchased cars from here and I will continue. Just thought you should know Eduardo needs more customer service skills and not just smiling to every word he says. More
