Excellent service and worked within our pricing requirements After visiting several car dealerships in the Doylestown and Langhorne areas, I had decided on a RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I had gone to 2 other toyota de After visiting several car dealerships in the Doylestown and Langhorne areas, I had decided on a RAV4 Limited Hybrid. I had gone to 2 other toyota dealerships and was told could not find color I wanted and the other could not sport up with add-ons as I requested. I called Eric Santos at 7 pm on a thursday, explained the situation and was hoping to get the RAV ASAP as there was a discount possibly ending 9/1 I didnt want to miss out on. He made several calls to investigate and immediately called me back. He located the EXACT car I wanted, patiently took all the notes on my specific add-ons, and had the car transported to Faulkner Toyota's lot by noon on Friday. He worked on getting us the price we had in mind to pay and the deal was smooth sailing. No tacky sales talk! Just facts and pricing as to why's and why not's. He then walked us into Timothy Mellor for financing. Again.... polite, friendly, informative on all of Toyota's warranty packages, pricing and was EXTREMELY patient explained the options. It was an extremely friendly feeling walking in the door. I would highly recommend Faulkner Toyota and Eric for anyone simply gathering information on new cars or looking for a specific car. Great Experience for Purchase/Finance of CPO 2015 Camry I visited Faulkner Toyota on recommendation of a family friend, and I'm glad I did! Eric Santos was my sales representative, and I felt very comfortab I visited Faulkner Toyota on recommendation of a family friend, and I'm glad I did! Eric Santos was my sales representative, and I felt very comfortable with him. Eric had no problem grabbing the keys and showing me several Camrys, even though they were the same make and model year and were not all the same vehicles I had initially expressed my interest in on the website. He even grabbed umbrellas for my aunt and I because it was raining! Eric also answered all of my questions and got the answer to any of them that he wasn't sure of. Additionally, Eric gave me enough time to myself to get a feel for the car and consider my options, and I never felt pressured me to make a decision until I was ready. Mike Villari was my finance manager, and I felt equally comfortable with him. For example, although I had stated a preference for a longer financing term, Mike let me know that if I shortened the term by just one year, I would qualify for a much better APR with only a nominal premium increase. I also felt that Mike was very open and transparent about costs, and never presented me with a cost option without carefully explaining what it was and what it covered. Additionally, Mike willingly ran the numbers for me so I could see what my premium would be factoring in different down payments and warranty selections. He also had no problem stepping out of the room for a bit so I could talk freely with my aunt about the purchase. I would definitely recommend checking out Faulkner Toyota if you are looking for a CPO, and specifically, asking for Eric and Mike! More
