I was overall pretty pleased with the experience..until I went in the finance office. I get it. Finance is going to try to upsell you on all kinds of extra fluff, I.e Extended warranty, paint and dent repair insurance, so on and so on. The thing that annoyed me the most is after I kindly declined all the extra goodies for the fourth time, the finance manager comes in and gives it her college best. After another 20 minutes of respectfully declining, they finally accepted that I wasn’t going to change my mind. All in all I would buy from again. My salesperson was polite and easy going. The free lifetime powertrain/transmission warranty was also a huge selling point. More

One of the worst We went in found a car we loved. We signed an agreement and they backed out last min. We still took the deal. Then my car was not inspected at all. They never checked it before they even put it on the lot. I spent 17 hours there over a 3 day period. I had to get a rental, my car is now in the shop with them for 5 days More
