The oil change and tire rotation service was fine , BUT of both times the vehicle was in for this type service the tire pressure on all tires was not at the recommended psi of 33. I am also still waiting for a mailed copy of the service report which I was told would be mailed to me because the customer service person we checked in with wasn’t available when our car’s service work was completed. The person who checked us out couldn’t fine the service report but said we would receive a copy in the mail. Still waiting. More
