Could have traded in with special going on, have a year left on lease. 2. Wait 6 months, have better advantage of the special mark downs for my lease or 3. Wait for the lease to be up and have the best incintives. He wasn’t demanding. Had me decide of what choice I wanted to make to save for the best financial choice. He said make your mind up and come back and see me. More

Ed Dumont is one of the best sales man there is. I have bought several cars and trucks from Ed. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers. You tell Ed want is one of the best sales man there is. I have bought several cars and trucks from Ed. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers. You tell Ed want you want and he will do his best to get it for you. After the sale Ed keeps in touch with his customers. He don’t forget you. He remembers birthdays and anniversary’s when you buy the car sends you Emails on those occasions. That is excellent customer service. I appreciate that. Ed is not only my salesman but I consider him as a friend. Would and have recommended him to anybody. Castrucci a great dealership to but Chev. At. Would go no where else. More

Great buying experience but watch the promises This is my third car bought from Castrucci and the employees are always great to work with. Bought a 2014 Spark back in March. Worked via email on the This is my third car bought from Castrucci and the employees are always great to work with. Bought a 2014 Spark back in March. Worked via email on the Spark so I had a price agreed upon before I walked in the door. So when I walked in I meet with Ben and we did a look at the car we had been talking about. Ben was very friendly the whole time and the purchase was quick and smooth (come to expect that from working Castrucci). Very good dealership and normally have a price that can't be beat. Now to the couple of issues I had. One was probably my fault the other is an issue. My fault first. I did not do enough research on the interest rate since normally I go in and they find the best interest rate (my fault, do your own research). Told the finance guy the bank I use and they are my preference. After a quick credit check (I have great credit so knew I would get the best rate) they came back that GE credit union was .25% (3.5%) cheaper than my bank with the same fees. So I went with them. When I stopped at my bank the next day I ask them their current new car rates and guess what, my bank is at 2.5% and they said that is the published rate. I did move over to my bank but it cost my $250 in fees. Once again my fault and I am sure they get a kick back from GE so just a heads up and not a big deal. Second issue. When I got the Spark I noticed it didn't come with floor mats. Spoke to Ben on this and he said they would order me some and ship them to my house but it could take a month. Now I have this is all in email which is nice. After a month called and was told there was an issue getting them and they would reorder. Waited another month. Emailed and he said they where in. Drove out there and went to Parts and they said they never had it. Spoke to Ben and he said something had happened, reorder. I have emailed about every two weeks since then and there where still problems ordering. Then about 3 months ago they stopped responding. Emailed the main line and haven't heard anything else. Well I shop at Castrucci's again- Most likely. They are a very good dealership. But I will line up my loan before I go in next time and I will make sure I have any extra items in hand before I sign the loan. Just thought I would put this out there. More

When I arrived the car was picked out, 2014 Sonic LTZ Crystal Red Metallic with Sun and Fun package, and the deal was being worked on already. I got a great price, lower interest rate, awesome price for my trade in from Sales Mgr. Rich Wilbur. Finance Mgr. George made sure I was covered with Gap Insurance and set me up with the Quantum Package. Delivery of the vehicle was excellent. Ed showed features, set up OnStar, and made the appointment for my Quantum Package. Completely satisfied. More

Mike Castrucci Chevrolet was a great dealership in helping me purchase my 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Ed Dumont provided outstanding customer service in putting me into my new car and was the first to gre helping me purchase my 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Ed Dumont provided outstanding customer service in putting me into my new car and was the first to greet me upon my visit to this dealership. Both Ed Dumont and Richard Wilbur worked with me to get a great price on the best car in America, and a good deal on my trade in towards that car. Their body shop across from the dealership did an amazing job in fixing a small chip in the paint on the inside of the trunk lid and adjusted it so it will not happen again. During the time that the vehicle was in the body shop, they gave me a loaner car to use until the work was perfect. Rich Loomis took the time to explain all the details of the financing with me and the extended warranty I chose to add to my purchase. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in looking for a new or even used vehicle, to stop in at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet and see the employees that I did for an unbeatable experience in customer service. I live in Hamilton, Ohio, and it was well worth the drive to this dealership for the service that I received. In beginning my search for a new car, I had decided to seek another Acura or, after the auto show last February, research information on the forthcoming introduction of the Impala LTZ due out in the Sprin seek another Acura or, after the auto show last February, research information on the forthcoming introduction of the Impala LTZ due out in the Spring. I began with an Acura dealer from whom I had purchased my 2003 new. I knew how much I would pay but wanted to have them offer a trade-in value for my car which was in very good condition. The offer was half the Blue Book price because it was gold in color and not easily movedreplied the salesman. I decided to sell it myself. The salesman gave me an offer which was unacceptable. I left him and realized he had never written down my name and never followed up with a call to me to negotiate further. I detail this story to contrast it with my experience with my eventual decision to visit Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. I was introduced to Ed Dumont and told him what my purchase price had to be. I test-drove an Impala LTZ and reviewed the"extras" most of which were now standarded. Ed and the GSM met my price and began a search for the color I wanted. This took place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. The exact car was found at an out of town dealership on Tuesday. Ed had kept me updated throughout the weekend on the status of the hunt and on Tuesday informed me he had located the car and would make a round trip to Dayton on Wednesday. Wednesday afternon he called and said my car had been cleaned and ready for me to pick it up, Ed offered to instruct me on the several electonic devices in the car. I appreciated the fact that there was no haggling at any time. I will recommend any acqaintance to this dealership and Ed Dumont. This car looks luxurious and its riding comfort complements its appearance. More
