Working with Samer, Kari and Ed !! Thank You, JESUS!! It's wonderful how everyone has a job to do and they ALL do it so well. EXACTLY what I needed and why I purchased without even test driving my vehicle. And Shannon's perfect timing in calling me just one last time (the day AFTER I told my Grandson, time for a new car -- ALL THE HAND OF ALMIGHTY GOD!!! AMEN!! THANKS BE TO GOD IN JESUS' NAME!! First, overall experience was pretty good. I feel like I got a good deal, and was a good buying experience. Now with that being said... there are two things that I expect when buying a car used or new. 1) got a good deal, and was a good buying experience. Now with that being said... there are two things that I expect when buying a car used or new. 1) Fill the gas tank. It is just a simple task, and rubs me wrong to leave with a half tank. 2) Detail the car. I mean, I could overlook it when we were looking at the car, but when you have all morning to clean the car. I expect little things like vacuum. There were finger nails in the carpet, and the back seats still had the outline of the previous owner boster seats where the crumbs fell. Call me crazy but I feel like that should of been done when you spend 30k+ with a dealership. Make sure your car is filled and clean before signing any paperwork! More

Feeling Good In today's world, sometimes people aren't given the time of day because of this or that. When I went into State Line Nissan I felt like the Customer In today's world, sometimes people aren't given the time of day because of this or that. When I went into State Line Nissan I felt like the Customer someone cared about. Everyone (most people), knows when you are buying or looking to buy a new car, it is a PROCESS, long and lengthy. I felt the whole time I was there that the staff did what they could to best answer my questions and help me meet the numbers I needed. I will buy from there again. I purchased my NEW 2019 Maxima Platinum on 3/14/2020, and couldn't be happier. Mike Tolbert was the Salesman that took care of me. Nice Job Mr. Tolbert and State Line Nissan. More
