I am submitting one of the highest ratings for this dealership based on my recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothin dealership based on my recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothing but helpful...especially Ed Hayes and his manager Bob Keogh. Other dealerships should learn from this that it's all about making the experience as professionally accommodating and painless for the end customer and hey, a sense of humor can go a long way in making the car buying experience much more pleasurable than many have experienced in the past. The entire process was very done very quickly and as I was going to leave, it was detected that the battery seemed somewhat weak. Again one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he worked with me on some issues, but Mark saw to it that I was not going to leave his property in a vehicle that was not safe! This right here told me that Toyota of Braintree was the RIGHT PLACE TO PURCHASE A CAR! They care about there clients.. But it got even better when I got into financing and met Wallace who knew I was meeting my Santa Claus!! He got me such a great deal I wanted to jump up and down.. Thanks again Wallace your my hero! This was our 4th time leasing a vehicle at this dealership. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. We ended leasing a Rav4 which I love. I went in thinking of a camry but the receptionist s dealership. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. We ended leasing a Rav4 which I love. I went in thinking of a camry but the receptionist suggested the Rav4 because she has one and loves it. Once I drove it I knew that's what I wanted. We worked with Ed who couldn't have been nicer. He even let us test drive during a snowstorm. This dealership will be getting our business for a long time. More
