I need no further correspondence with you as my review of the dealership and management personnel stands. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. The management team is Lax, to say the least. Their business practice and customer service can be viewed as minimal. If you do choose to deal with this dealership, make sure you READ ALL REVIEWS. Be aware that they will attempt to charge you a 2% COMMISSION which they claim you have to pay. If you disagree, they will work it into the sale price of the car. I believe , from what I’ve read, that there is a class action suit against one of their dealerships. NO OTHER DEALER ATTEMPTS TO USE THIS 2% commission.
