I've bought 2 cars from them, both EV's. The sales people were friendly and helpful but were all pretty useless when it came to describing and selling an EV. It may be because they don't stand to make a lot of money from follow up services since EV's have so few parts to go bad but that's where the future is, and I wish they would send some sales and service employees to the appropriate classes.
