Usual Trickery and Lying with Lack of Respect for Customers I spoke with Steve Marzo about a car that I was interested in and got initial quote that looked favorable to me and I scheduled time with Steve who to I spoke with Steve Marzo about a car that I was interested in and got initial quote that looked favorable to me and I scheduled time with Steve who told me that his manager Eddie Castillo will be onsite after 1:00 PM and I should come in after that. I called in again to confirm that Steve knew I was coming from a different state and he acknowledged. My intention was to do the pricing and paperwork on a car that was scheduled to arrive later at this dealership and I was willing to put a deposit. Upon driving almost 2 hours, we get there and Steve tells me Eddie didn't realize we were coming from a different state and didn't account for difference in taxes although he had told him about my situation. Eddie comes over and says he didn't even know I was coming to the dealership. Absolutely ridiculous for someone to waste my work day into just getting me to come to the dealership. If you are looking for a car, look at other dealerships that have better reviews than these guys. The actual service is worst than what the reviews say. More

Stay away from this dealership. Worst experience ever. I was in a market for new car and called this dealership. I drove over 2hrs just to have the manager tell me "i didn't know you were coming today". I I was in a market for new car and called this dealership. After many visits, Andy was very helpful and kind in our search for the"perfect" car! I consider myself picky and Andy was awesome and always patient throughout the process. I never felt pressured and I enjoyed coming in joking with the "crew". We finally settled on a vehicle and I am more than HAPPY with my purchase. Steve Burger, Sherman Henderson, Yusuf and all the staff were excellent! Special thanks to Sherman for his follow up and professionalism in ensuring that we were satisfied with our financing options. He also assisted in other maintenance type issues. I am so grateful and feel assured that I can always turn to Andy and his manager Eddie Castillo for assistance.
