Eddie Castillo, what can I say he's the best.. I went back to Pine Belt Cadillac because I brought my Jeep Liberty from them. But I must say I do not remember who service me then. I will truly remember Eddie Castillo and Lou Mocarto. Lou walk me over to Eddie and he was warm and inviting, very professional, polite, understanding, and patient. I ran into some personal problem and issues with the first finance bank. Needless to say they drop me but Eddie did not give up on me. I thought I had to give my dream SRX Cadillac back. Eddie work his magic and got me another finance company...... Eddie Castillo is a awesome representative of Pine Belt Cadillac. As long as Eddie is an employer of pine belt my family and I will always be a loyal customer. Yes, I have refer two other customer to pine belt.. When I entered the dealership, I felt completely hopeless. I had a car with a blown engine, requiring thousands of dollars of work, limited down payment and a time frame of only two or three days. hopeless. He was able to find me an immaculate car, loaded, with less miles than my other vehicle. In addition, he negotiated for me so that the down payment was affordable, and my monthly payments actually dropped. Most of all, though, his kindness and desire to help me we are what stood out. I was more than a credit score, I was a person with a story who was in a tight spot. Even though it took more effort and time on his part, he went the extra mile to make sure I would be in a car that was safe and reliable. I have already spoken to several friends who are looking ay purchasing in the next few months. I told them, go see Eddie at Pine Belt Cadillac, he will get you in the car you want with the right payments for your budget. Usually I leave a dealership feeling annoyed, this was the best car buying experience of my adult life. How ironic, because it started out as one of the worst. Thanks Mr.Castillo, chivalry is not dead and you are definitely my knight in shining armor! More
