They don't keep you there all day while the salesman runs back and forth to the manager. They get to the point of getting a deal done. My salesman, Eddie Cooks, was very good at what he does. He knows the vehicle like the back of his hand. He wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't want. He heard what I was looking for and tried to find the best way to make it happen. The car I chose was due in to their dealership in a few days. When I went back to pick it up Eddie took the time to sit with me and explain things I didn't know about the vehicle from when I picked up my previous Prius (from another dealership). We purchased my husband's Tacoma at Fred Anderson and we referred our future son-in-law at the time and our daughter to Fred Anderson. We all purchase and have our cars serviced there as well. We trust them. More

Purchased a new 2017 Toyota Highlander Wow! We had an opportunity to trade-in our 2015 Highlander for a 2017 at a great price (could not walk away from the high trad-in value) but had only Wow!
