I have been looking for a car for on and off for about 3 months and have had to deal with multiple dealerships. I finally decided it would be worth the drive to Charleston (about 80 miles) to see what they had. I went in to the dealership with specific wants and don't wants and was greeted by the sales representative Tony Hammond. He was nice, understanding and VERY patient. He listened to everything I said and found what I wanted within 10 minutes. It was a little more than what I wanted to spend, but he was able to increase the amount of my trade in to get the price down to what I wanted to pay. The car only had one key and I was skittish about that but he talked to the manager and they have agreed to have another key made for me free of charge (almost 400.00 savings for me). I really appreciated not having to sit in the dealership for hours with someone trying to sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I could go on singing praises for Tony and this dealership but I'll just end with I highly recommend that if you're looking for a car, go there first! More

Chris Mitchell did an excellent job in finding a vehicle that meets my preferences. I was impressed at how carefully Chris listened and screened vehicles on hand until we found one, never once trying to just sell me on anything that didn't really have what I desired. Once a vehicle was selected, Chris was professional and courteous with all the sales arrangements, including arranging for me to use the new 4Runner overnight -- I had to leave for a meeting -- and then continue the next day. He provided clear explanations of the features of the vehicle and its electronics package, demonstrated some of the features. Eddie Cooks, likewise, was professional and efficient in handling the paperwork. I had to finish in time to make a conference call and he moved quickly in a friendly manner to finish everything on time. More
