An Exceptional Experience Wow, these guys (and girls) are good (great!). I emailed an inquiry on an incredibly priced vehicle I found on CarGurus. Although it was Sunday and they were closed, Internet Sales Consultant Amy Baker contacted me immediately to notify me that she had my information and offer and would be in touch early the next morning to follow up (important, because such good deals tend to move quickly). She did just that and worked quickly and diligently to gain an approval on my offer! She stayed in constant communication and provided me an approval by the end of the day, and I came up the following morning to work with Sales Professional Mark Searcy and Business Manager / Finance Professional, Eddie Cooks to finalize the deal. Like Amy, both were personable, professional and efficient. The car (a used Jeep) was in even better shape than I imagined (like new- a fantastic deal). They stuck to the terms that were agreed upon and the whole thing took less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership. Even though they are 4 hours from where I live in Florida, I'll be checking their inventory on my next auto purchase. Very well done! Thank you for your attentive help Amy, Mark and Eddie. I started with the Internet, setting an appointment, through Emily Howard, for a test drive. When we arrived, the next morning, the car we had in mind was already sold. Christen Salvatico was very helpful offering other choices. She made our visit and car-buying experience very enjoyable. Eddie Nuttall was a breeze in financing the car. He was very helpful and knowledgable. I missed working with Eddie Cooks, this trip. Eddie was out, but I always consider him "the man" when I need to visit the dealership. Over the past three months, Mark and I went back and forth by phone and face-to-face meetings trying to find what has become my new truck. From test drives to vehicle transfers Mark and Don went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, as well as making me feel as comfortable as possible during our search. Once my truck was delivered, the transition from working with Mark to working with Eddie Cooks over in Finance made tying the knot on this deal that much easier. Eddie was very personable which made discussing finances, and coming to an agreement a breeze. This is my second time buying a vehicle over at Fred Anderson and I couldn't be happier. More
