First experience. Good experience Began the search on carguru website. Found a late model Tacoma Prerunner at a good value. Contacted Carleen by phone. She directed to me to Shane. Upon finalizing everything at the dealership Shane turned me over to Eddie for financials. The experience in dealing with three individuals has been quite positive. They present themselves well and represent the dealership well. All very pleasant and very professional. The only negative is time it took to complete the trade. I had a 2:30 appointment. I arrived a little early. It was after 4 by the time I had signed all the paper work and left in my new truck. I would not have expected it take more than 30 minutes since everything had been worked out ahead of time. Also I still don't know why the dealership needs my social security #. Eddie and Shane explained why but I still don't think I should have to share that info with a car dealership. I am very pleased with my Tacoma and pleased with the beginning of a relationship with the dealership. Thanks. More
