I hate car buying! I normally hate the process of purchasing a car, but Eddie was great! I didn't feel pressured and he allowed me ample time to make an informed decisio I normally hate the process of purchasing a car, but Eddie was great! Normally after buying a car I have a migraine and I feel taken advantaged of, but that was not my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. Eddie made the process seem less and easy. We were greeted at the lot and at the door,We spoke with a lady up front and she was very nice got Jason for us . With in minutes he got eddie cooks the salesman to let us look it over and test drive. It was more than we had expected a beautiful suv., We went in office to sign some papers with Blake Dunn and it was a very smooth transaction. Shortly after the realization that I probably would never see my car again, I filled out an application online for Fred Anderson Toyota. Within the hour, Danny Marflake called me to discuss my application. He was patient, kind and returned my calls in less time than he said it would take him. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Eddie Cooks, who was amazing. Low pressure, no hassles, no standard run around that I have experienced with other dealerships. He knew I needed to get into a vehicle quickly, so he worked quickly for me but never made me feel rushed. When I sat in the finance office, Eddie Nuttall was incredible. I was in and out of the dealership in no time with a beautiful new vehicle. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, (which has been a lifelong favorite) there is no other place to go. The receptionist (who is incredibly pleasant) even made my daughter hot chocolate while I went over information with Eddie! More

Friendly and proffessional staff! My Fiancé and I have spent the last two months looking at used cars in the area. We went to a number of different dealerships and had no luck purchasi My Fiancé and I have spent the last two months looking at used cars in the area. We went to a number of different dealerships and had no luck purchasing a car due to my poor credit and lack of quality customer service. As I was looking for a car in a different dealership, my fiancé drove to Fred Anderson Toyota with out me to look at one of the cars. When he brought me to Fred Anderson, Eddie Cooks was waiting for us outside. Eddie greeted me with a smile and immediately brought me to the car for a test drive. After the test drive and a few questions, I was happy and content with my desicion to stay at Fred Anderson for the purchase of my new car. Eddie and Bill gave us the best possible service we could have hoped for. They were fast and got right to the point. I was able to get my car at the BEST possible price and I still was able to have all the warranties I needed. It was more than I could have asked for! We arrived at the dealership close to their closing time but they stayed with us and finished the deal. We were there an hour and a half past the closing time. Which was great since neither one of us could come the next day to finish the deal. I left that evening with the car and Eddie even put gas in my car even though it had plenty. All in all, Fred Anderson is a wonderful dealership! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. If you want the best possible service go to Fred Anderson. Also I have to add that the dealership was really clean and comfortable including the bathrooms. More
