VW lover converted I've driven VW's for years but found myself drawn to the Toyota Sequoia for all of the space for my growing kids and all the options for me. I came into the dealership with not a whole lot of time on my hands and a specific budget. My sales rep Kelly Mitchum brought the GM Steven Rhoads to me right away and I shared what my budget parameters were but also what my "must haves" were as well. While Kelly pulled the Sequoia out for me to test drive, Steven worked with the finance manager Bill Utnick to get me exactly where I wanted to be. Kelly gave me a great demo of the Sequoia, she covered it from hood to trunk and really knew everything about the Toyota and the Family Plan that you get at Fred Anderson. I showed the family and we were all sold, especially since they were able to hit my budget. I'm a big fan! I also want to give accolades to Eddie Cooks, he was a sales person that helped set up my iPhone so that I can be a good role model to the kids and use hands-free! . This is a great riding family vehicle and I am glad I tried a Toyota, which brings me to my last point. Toyota has a concierge service that I used this weekend, just dial a number and get directory assistance, dinner reservations and more. Very intuitive and progressive brand! More

They far surpassed any other dealer we have dealt with in the past. Eddie Cooks was our salesperson and his product knowledge was impressive. He is truly an asset to Fred Anderson Toyota. He was training another associate and he never skipped a beat during the process. We never felt pressured to buy and the entire staff was friendly and professional. Don Hesher assisted us during the negotiations and he spent extra time with us explaining even more about other models as we were going back and forth trying to decide. We are or have been in the service/sales industry so we recognize a well run business and this dealership ranks with the best we have ever encountered.
