Eddie Cooks found the car with all the features we wanted at another dealership. They went to Savannah to get it, found out it wasn't quite right and had to go to Atlanta to get the perfect car. There was n at another dealership. They went to Savannah to get it, found out it wasn't quite right and had to go to Atlanta to get the perfect car. There was no back and forth with pricing. The manager came out and stayed with us until the price was right, and Eddie Nuttall in finance, made the actual paperwork quick and easy. No pressure for extended warranties...etc. He offered, but didn't push. Follow through after the sale has been really good. More

My Sales experience was wonderful. Eddie has been helpful beyond the initial sale of my vehicle, and friendly every time I've been back. There were some issues regarding the financing of my vehicle (the only beyond the initial sale of my vehicle, and friendly every time I've been back. There were some issues regarding the financing of my vehicle (the only fallback), but Eddie was diligent in working that out. He made sure that I was happy with my vehicle, and even checked in on me when I came back for a service repair. It is nice when someone remembers you when coming back into a dealership. It made me feel important, and not like another face in the crowd. It has been a real pleasure to work with him, and I would highly recommend him for any purchase of a future vehicle. More

Each individual was not "pushy" in trying to force my wife and I to buy a new car. Each individual explained the values and features of the car we were interested in without saying we have to d force my wife and I to buy a new car. Each individual explained the values and features of the car we were interested in without saying we have to do something right away. Each was very positive in the way they handled their respective jobs. My wife and I felt very comfortable in the whole selling process. In the end, we did purchase a new 2013 Toyota RAV 4 LXE. Very happy and satisfied with how we were treated throughout the entire process. More

Fred Anderson is by far the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Edwin Hinzman and Eddie Cook sat me down and went step by step on helping me purchase my new car. Most dealerships just want you to buy a car f with. Edwin Hinzman and Eddie Cook sat me down and went step by step on helping me purchase my new car. Most dealerships just want you to buy a car from them, but Fred Anderson is not like that. They don't pressure you into buying a car which is what I hate about other dealers. I would recommend Fred Anderson to all my friends! More

Best car buying experience ever! The staff are friendly, proficient, and were able to meet my needs reasonably, both, financially and expediently. Eddie Cooks was my sales guy and he knew the car that I wan proficient, and were able to meet my needs reasonably, both, financially and expediently. Eddie Cooks was my sales guy and he knew the car that I wanted inside and out. Robert was patient with me pricewise when it came to re-computing the numbers and getting me the best deal available.
